New York (Top40 Charts/ Jazz At Lincoln Center PR) - Diet Coke, the world's leading diet soft drink, and Jazz at Lincoln Center, the not-for-profit arts organization dedicated to inspiring and growing audiences for jazz, announced the 5th Annual Diet Coke Women in Jazz Festival at Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola. The festival, spanning nearly a month, celebrates the great contributions women performers have made to jazz music. The festival will feature nightly performances by some of the most influential women in jazz today as well as up-and-coming artists September 7 through October 5, 2009. The festival is held at Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola located in the home of Jazz at Lincoln Center, Frederick P. Rose Hall, Broadway at 60th St, 5th floor.

"Jazz is an extremely important part of our culture and the impact that women have had on this phenomenal artistic expression cannot go unnoticed. The Coca-Cola Company is proud to celebrate the 5th Annual Women in Jazz series with a lineup of amazing female artists.
