Raised on the island of Sollerön, she began playing violin at age 5 and piano at age 9, later moving to Stockholm to pursue her music career.
Oak gained recognition in 2018 through collaborations with What So Not on "Beautiful" and with The Chainsmokers on "Hope." She released her debut EP, Closure, in January 2020, followed by She in October 2020. Her debut album, Island of the Sun, was released on June 10, 2022.
