NASHVILLE, TN. (AristoMedia/ www.aristomedia.com) - Award-winning country artist Toby Keith has just announced he will be joining this year's 36th Annual Country Radio Seminar (CRS-36) as the keynote speaker. His event is scheduled for the morning of Thursday, March 3.

The session will be arranged as a Q&A panel discussion, moderated by Lon Helton. Keith joins a list of other previous prominent CRS keynote speakers, including Clint Black, Sam Donalson, Terry Bradshaw and Garth Brooks.

Toby Keith is the reigning Academy Of Country Music (ACM) Entertainer Of The Year, with an amazing19 number one hits to his name so far. In 2002 and 2003, Keith obtained the position as the number one concert-ticket seller in country music, according to Pollstar. Not only is Keith an amazing musician but an accredited songwriter as well, with twelve self-penned number one hits...

At the end of July, Keith kicked off his blockbuster "Big Throwdown" tour at Gillette Stadium, drawing nearly 40,000 screaming fans for the largest crowd at a country music show in North America this year. He just received a whopping six nominations for the CMA Awards, scheduled for Nov. 9, 2004, including Entertainer of the Year, Male Vocalist, Album of the Year, Single, Video and Musical Event as well as Two American Music Award nominations for Best Male Vocalist and Best Album in the country category. And on top of all that, Keith also received two Radio Music Awards nominations for Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for "I Love This Bar."

His current album Shock 'n Y'all is already four-times platinum, and his latest single "Stays In Mexico," from his upcoming album "Toby Keith Greatest Hits 2," is currently on the top 10 after becoming the highest debuting single of his career.

Celebrating its 36th year, the Country Radio Seminar provides continuing education, vital in this time of change, for industry professionals, artists, programmers, promotions, sales and media.
