The Zzips - 'The End Of Rock & Roll'

LONDOn, UK (Top40 Charts/ Vision Music Promotion) For years the three members of The Zzips were fierce enemies. Running into each other on a regular basis while busking on various London streets, they developed a certain hostility towards each other, arguing over turf and punters. This led to several instances of sabotage escalating from drive by guitar string snapping to stolen microphones, and even malicious rumour spreading to passers by.



Despite their shared hatred towards one another they were all aware of the others skills and influences, so one day in 2010 the three decided that rather than ruining each others lives a peace treaty would be the only way forward. From that day forward the tree joined forces, and created the best band to have ever walked the surface of this earth.

THE ZZIPS WERE BORN...

Whilst drawing rustic inspiration from the early days of Blues and Rock & Roll to give an authentic buzz, they have blended their sound with elements of new school Indie, think Swamp Rock and Southern Blues mixed with Beck and Alabama 3. Debut single '"The End Of Rock And Roll" is released in December 2013.
