Shola Kaye, who lives in London, makes her living as a nightclub singer with an exceptionally popular Motown and
Diana Ross set. Her music is largely centered in the sixties pop and soul music movements, utilizing delicate, sweeping harmonies and the same emphasis on deep groove that eventually became the funk movement of the '70s. In addition to her astounding, impeccable vocal abilities, she also accompanies herself on electric guitar, with which she is adept.
