"Richard Thompson is the kind of guitar player other guitar players revere. It's not just his technique, nor the fact that he's equally at home with an electric or an acoustic guitar. He's also a songwriter of uncommon skill."-NPR
The show is in celebration of Harris and Crowell's recent collaborative album, Old Yellow Moon , on Nonesuch Records . Produced by

Folk rock statesman Thompson's new album, Electric , was also produced by
Buddy Miller and released February 5 on New West Records . Thompson now stands as a statesman for a his music, which is singularly original in execution and vision. A recipient of BBC's Lifetime Achievement Award and Mojo 's Les Paul Award, Thompson was recently honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award for Songwriting by the Americana
Music Association.
