Seljord, Norway (Top40 Charts) Hellbillies are once again confirmed to Scandinavia's biggest Country festival; "Countryfestivalen Seljord 2013". The program starts to fill up, and our latest release can be categorized as the most popular live band in Norway.
This year, the festival celebrates their 15th year anniversary at the beautiful spot "Dyrskuplassen" in Seljord. Each year the festival draws over 25,000 country entusiasts to Telemark, where camping, country music, line dancing and holiday spirit leaves its mark on an otherwise quiet village. The Countryfestival Seljord 2013 takes place between 24th and 28th of July. Welcome!

Hellbillies - Friday July 26th
2013 seems to be a great year for our live-favorites in Hellbillies. In late January they began their Norwegian spring tour that got great reviews in local papers. The national newspaper "VG" gave them a 5, and their latest album "Tretten" is nominated for a Norwegian Grammy Award in March. Friday July 26th they will entertain the audience at Countryfestivalen Seljord.
Hellbillies released their 13th album "Tretten" at the end of 2012, an album that garnered very good reviews from both large and small media. As a result of their 20th anniversary, they had a sold-out concert in one of the biggest venues in Norway, Oslo Spektrum. Here they proved that they most certainly deserve the title as one of Norway's best live band.
With over 20 years in the music industry, and thirteen album releases, the band has managed to get 12 albums into the official music list in Norway, VG-Lista. Only one of them did not make it to the top three.
Hellbillies are excited to get back to The Countryfestival Seljord. It is arguably the largest "secret" festival in Norway. We shall do our best to play up Seljord worm! "Says Arne Moslåten to the festival.
