Rock, Roll And Bundle Up - "Dive House Union" Slates Show To Benefit Salvation Army And WTAE TV Channel 4's Project Bundle-up
Carnegie, PA (Top40 Charts) Enjoy the rocking blues of a critically acclaimed band and help clothe needy seniors and children with new winter outerwear. "Dive House Union" has slated a benefit concert for Thursday, January 24th at 9:00 p.m. at The Thunderbird Café, located at 4023 Butler Street, in Pittsburgh's Lawrenceville section. A $5.00 donation will be asked at the door and proceeds will support The Salvation Army and WTAE TV's Project Bundle-Up.

Hailing from Buffalo New York, "Dive House Union" is comprised of four members from "The Todd Eberwine Band" and two from "Beautiful Bones," bringing their influences together into a soul shaking musical experience. They combine a roots vibe, driving rhythms and melodic lines with the spontaneity and energy of a jam band. Their debut CD "Live at Kleinhans" was recently selected by a panel of judges for submission to International Blues Challenge for the Best Self-Produced CD Competition. Empowering the music even more is the spirit of this brotherhood which shines through in every performance as well as their many charitable endeavors.

Since its inception twenty-six years ago, The Salvation Army and WTAE TV's Project Bundle-Up has provided more than 227,000 disadvantaged Western Pennsylvanian children and senior citizens with new winter coats, hats, scarves, gloves and boots. Both a church and a social service organization, The Salvation Army began in London, England in 1865. Today, it provides critical services in 126 countries worldwide. The 28-county Western Pennsylvania Division serves thousands of needy families through a wide variety of support services.
