Corey Wagar Takes Ya Back With A New Single This Summer

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ PLA Media) Country music's latest rockin' phenomenon, Corey Wagar, is ready to Take Ya Back, with the release of her brand new single that will hit radio Monday, June 4th.

Corey, who is known for her 'sweet and sassy' sound is ready to give her fans and radio folks a song that may bring back memories of listening to their favorite artists on the radio.

"Growing up, artists like Shania Twain and Tim McGraw were all over country radio," says Corey. "I used to sing along with a hairbrush microphone - it's pretty cool to think that people could do the same with my music and can't wait for it to hit radio."

Take Ya Back was penned by Corey and successful songwriters Beau Fuller and Cece DuBois. It's produced by renowned producer Kent Wells (Dolly Parton) who also produced her debut album. Her last single, I Hate My Boyfriend, reached #32 on the Music Row Charts, and the Country Music Association named her the "Who New To Watch 2012" artist in CMA Close Up.

This country music spitfire, who made it to Hollywood on this season of American Idol, has found her knack of "Jersey meets Nashville" music.
