The Constellations Sign With 429 Records
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ 429 Records) The Constellations, astute purveyors of Atlanta's rock/soul underbelly, have signed with 429 Records and have released "Sold Out" - a three track EP is available exclusively through iTunes now. The package includes a video for their hit single "Love Is A Murder" featuring Cee-Lo Greene. Led by Elijah Jones, the six member band reinforce their reputation for hard swinging alt beats and gritty imagery on the EP which is a teaser for their upcoming full length, "Do It For Free," which will be released June 12. Known for their live show, the band will perform on the entire Warped Tour this summer.

The Constellations are a fixture on the Atlanta music scene—the name refers to the myriad music-minded folks associated with the band through the years. With a fresh hybrid take on the swirl of musical influences surrounding them, the band built a reputation for lyrical realness and a killer live show. The three song EP includes "Going Down In Flames," "Love Is A Murder" (featuring Cee-Lo Greene) and "So It Shall Be."

Says Elijah Jones: "We are very happy to have found a new home at 429 Records. It's been a long time since we've released new music and a lot has changed since our first release. We've grown as a band and we are changing what The Constellations sound can and will be defined as. I think this EP will be a taste of what's to come and we are super excited to have an opportunity to get some new music to our fans. "
