Twin Berlin To Release New EP Produced By Travis Barker, Launch New England Tour
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Twin Berlin Official Website) After winning Guitar Center's "Your Next Record with Travis Barker" competition, Twin Berlin are gearing up for the much-anticipated release of There Goes My Virtue, the new EP produced by Travis Barker. The three-song EP recorded at Red Bull Studio Los Angeles features the single "Can't Take, Take, Take", the song hand-picked by Barker as the winner of Guitar Center's "Your Next Record" competition.

"It's a high-energy, loud and powerful record," says guitarist/vocalist Matt Lopez, who goes on to explain that despite the sudden transformation from recording in a basement in Connecticut to the glamour of Los Angeles, Twin Berlin remain true to their roots. "We went in hoping we wouldn't have to compromise our sound, but Travis [Barker] just helped to make the record we wanted to make. There was no pressure."

The recording will be accompanied by artwork created exclusively for Twin Berlin by the late Mikey Welsh. There Goes My Virtue will be released digitally at https://www.TwinBerlin.net, as well as all major digital outlets including iTunes and AmazonMP3 on Wednesday, February 1, 2012, followed by a CD release on Thursday, March 1, 2012. About Twin Berlin:
Boston-based Twin Berlin is the band that Garage Rock has been waiting for. With their over-driven, underproduced sound, the band rebels against the wave of electro-pop synthesized music, producing no-nonsense, sweaty, bloody, and maniacal underground rock 'n' roll. In 2009, Twin Berlin was nominated for an MTV VMA for Best Breakout Band Boston. In 2011, Twin Berlin won Guitar Center's "Your Next Record with Travis Barker."
