Shit Robot, one of the pioneering members of DFA Records (aka Marcus Lambkin), released the critically-acclaimed album, From The Cradle To The Rave, last fall, and now he's heading back to North America for a tour. He'll be bringing his live A/V performance, The Shit Robot Show, to several markets, with DJ sets rounding out the rest of the tour, several of which also have James Murphy on the bill.

In addition, Shit Robot has just posted a new DJ mix on the Synth Eastwood collective's blog, which pays tribute to one of his heroes, Andrew Weatherall. Check the mix here!

Shit Robot debuted The Shit Robot Show in Austin earlier this year at SXSW, followed by a short run of U.S. dates- due to popular demand, he's coming back for more! The Shit Robot Show features Lambkin performing 'inside' a live A/V screen, which will feature custom-designed visuals to accompany a selection of re-worked tracks from Shit Robot's back catalogue.
