New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Carrie Hassler official website) Bluegrass artist, Carrie Hassler along with the Southeastern Bluegrass Association (SEBA) are proud to announce a SEBA Membership Drive to be held Friday, July 22, 2011 during Carrie's concert at the Matilda's Under Pines concert series held at Matilda's Cottage, 377 South Main Street, Alpharetta, GA 30004. The concert begins at 8:30 pm and tickets ($15) can be purchased at the door.
SEBA is a non-profit organization of fans, musicians, promoters, vendors, and friends of BLUEGRASS music, joined together to preserve, promote, and publicize bluegrass music, performers, and activities, and to serve as an information source through their award-winning newsletter, The SEBA BREAKDOWN and the SEBA website. They offer four levels of membership including: E-Members, Regular, Family and Professional. During Friday's concert they will offer $5 off any membership level.
SEBA now has multiple chapters serving Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee with extensive membership lists in Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina which include such distinguished members as Doc Watson, The Station Inn and many more.
Carrie Hassler can be heard on the new hit album, THE ALL-STAR JAM - LIVE AT GRAVES MOUNTAIN album that includes two chart singles: "Graves Mountain Memories" (with Carl Jackson, Mark Newton, Russell Moore, Lou Reid, Sammy Shelor, Audie Blaylock and more); and "Head Over Heels" with Lonesome River Band's Brandon Rickman and bluegrass group, Brand New Strings. Rural Rhythm Records will soon announce details on Carrie's highly anticipated new studio album. Her two previous albums on the label were extremely well received by press, radio and fans.
