NEW YORK (Telemudo announcement) - Alicia Keys and world renowned trumpet player Arturo Sandoval will perform a duet at this year's 2004 Billboard Latin Music Awards. The prestigious awards show will take place at the Miami Arena in Florida, and will be produced and broadcast live on Telemundo at 7PM ET/PT on Thursday, April 29. Tickets for the event are now available through Ticketmaster and the Miami Arena Box Office.

Alicia Keys and Arturo Sandoval, both recognized for their enormous talent, will fuse together their different styles into a unique live performance at the Billboard Latin Music Awards. Singer/songwriter Alicia Keys' debut single "Fallin" was the No. 2 Billboard Hot 100 Single of the Year in 2001, spending a total of six weeks in the number one spot.
Keys' accolades include two Billboard Awards, two American Music Awards, two NAACP awards; and five Grammy awards; and, MTV Video Music Award recipient for Best New Artist, to name a few.
Trumpeter Arturo Sandoval, who is a 2004 Billboard Latin Music Awards finalist for Latin Jazz Album of the Year for "Trumpet Evolution", has released over 20 albums and has performed with the BBC Symphony in London, the Leningrad Philharmonic in Russia and the Dizzy Gillespie's United Nation Orchestra, among others (for more artist information, please visit https://www.telemundo.com).

Keys and Sandoval join previously announced performances by Gloria Estefan, Alejandro Fernandez, Paulina Rubio; Pilar Montenegro, La Ley and Banda El Recodo. The show will be hosted by Telemundo's Mauricio Islas and Candela Ferro. More performances will be announced soon.
