'Badhorse' Rocks Country Music: Voted 'Best New Group/Duo Of The Year' By New Music Weekly Magazine
Nashville, Tenn (Top40 Charts/ Global Maximus Records) Global Maximus Records ("GMR") announces that recording artists "BadHorse" left a very positive mark in country music in 2010 ending the year atop the new music charts. That meant starting 2011 on top. New Music Weekly Magazine has voted the group, "Best New Group/Duo of the Year" for 2010.

The group's first single "Mississippi Rain" has continued to remain atop the new movers and international radio charts leading into the New Year. The group anticipates the world release of their next single in early February 2011 from the group's self-titled CD "BadHorse" due out later this year.

The group's success is no surprise to anyone in the music world or the growing BadHorse legion of fans around the world. The group is lead by Adam Grant and Robert E while featuring one of the top up and coming guitarist in the talented Charlie Gilbert. The group was signed in early 2010 to Las Vegas based Global Maximus Records, "GMR" which also has offices in Atlanta and Nashville.

"BadHorse" has completed two successful U.S. radio tours that has helped produce "Mississippi Rain" into one of the Top 5 requested songs on radio as it continues to grow in international popularity.

"The band has a unique quality about its music, especially when performing live," states Randall James, President of GMR. "With the current success of 'Mississippi Rain' the fans are telling us very enthusiastically they appreciate the band's music. We started 2011 in Las Vegas and the guys rocked the place. I had VIPs calling me the following morning on a weekend, going 'wow, it was great,'" James concludes.

"BadHorse" started the 2011 stampede performing during a premiere after party during the Consumer Electronics Show or CES, performing a private VIP performance at the hottest spot for VIP after parties in Las Vegas, Club Discreet.

The group performed the private unplugged concert for VIP's attending the CES show by the exclusive invitation only from corporate sponsors in GBCBlue, Suitelinq and Suite360-Las Vegas.
