Nashville, TN (Top40 Charts/ Cory Walker Music) - After the recent success of his debut hit and tribute song to the American Veterans ('Soldier's Last Letter'), Cory Walker is back with his fresh new single, 'I Choose Me.' This song conveys a traditional, baritone sound with a message that tells you to just be yourself and no one else. Anticipation for the new single has music reviewers already showing their support.

'Cory has such great talent for only being 16...I can guarantee we'll be hearing more from him!' - Mike Betten, Music Director for KLMJ/KQCR's in Hampton, IA

There's just one word for this new song: 'AMAZING!' - Joe Davis, General Manager for KLSR-FM in Memphis, TX

This song was written by renowned songwriters, Buddy Brock (George Straits' 'The Road Less Traveled'), Clint Daniels (Joe Nichols' 'Brokenheartsville,' Montgomery Gentry's 'Roll With Me' & Brooks and Dunn's 'God Must Be Busy') and Michael Heeney (Brooks and Dunn's 'God Must Be Busy' & Tracy Byrd's 'Ten Rounds With Jose Cuervo').

With musical influences like Alan Jackson, Hank Williams Jr. and the Zac Brown Band, Cory planted his roots in the vintage stones of traditional and classic country. 'When I was only 4 years old, my grandparents took me to see Merle Haggard in concert,' says this South Carolina native. 'At that moment, I knew this was what I wanted to do!'

Cory's self-titled debut album was produced by Grammy-nominated Producer, Eric Paul (Willie Nelson, Townes Van Zandt) and features some of Nashville's finest session musicians, including Country Music Hall of Fame member Charlie McCoy.
