Boston, MA (Top40 Charts/ Dave Matthews Band Fans Website) - Stefan Lessard, independent musician and bassist for Dave Matthews Band, has joined the ranks of established and aspiring musicians currently refining their craft and expanding their careers through Berkleemusic's award-winning online music courses. Watch Lessard talk about his meteoric rise with Dave Matthews Band and his experiences with Berkleemusic here: www.berkleemusic.com/stefan

"I want to move forward and get into more creative aspects of music like film and TV, or being able to produce a band," says Lessard. "These classes are really going to help me with my own personal career."

Lessard isn't the only well-known artist to enroll with Berkleemusic. Songwriter Josh Rouse and members of Train, Sugarland, Korn, Saosin, Shadows Fall, and more have all taken courses online - not only to improve their technical skill, but also to learn how to survive and thrive as a performing and recording musician. For over 65 years, Berklee College of Music has provided a platform in Boston for musicians to hone their craft, meet other musicians, and learn the skills to succeed. Berkleemusic takes the best of Berklee and brings it online, offering the same faculty and curriculum to students worldwide.

Berkleemusic's next term begins September 27th, with courses enrolling in music production, guitar, bass, music business, songwriting and more.
