Nashville, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Aristo PR) - Bodell Records recording artist Jamie Tate has debuted at number 25 on Europe's HotDisc Top 40 chart, on the heels of her first official single, "One Beer Away From Loving You." The song has already garnered impressive response in Country dance clubs across the U.S. and has now made its way overseas, where it is receiving significant airplay from European radio DJs as well. 'Jamie's debut at number 25 on the HotDisc chart is a huge boost in exposure for this rising artist,' says David Haley, President of Edgehill Music & Media. 'The great response we've seen in the dance clubs and now the interest in international markets is further proof that we have a hit with 'One Beer Away From Loving You.' Our focus has been to break this artist at mainstream Country radio through some nontraditional avenues, and we will continue to focus on those efforts.' The HotDisc chart tracks response from radio DJs across Europe who receive the weekly 'Rush Released' promotional CD, which features new and developing artists up for airplay consideration. Tate appeared on the Nov. 12 Top 40 chart along with artists such as Joey + Rory and Victoria Shaw. The HotDisc chart is published weekly online at www.HotDisc.net and in publications including Up Country, Scottish Country Music & Dance, Country Routes, Cross Country, Pathfinder and Southern Country. Following Tate's success in the dance club community, renowned choreographer Junior Willis created a custom dance routine for the new single, called the '12 Ounces Line Dance.' It can be viewed at www.JamieTateMusic.com. Tate will perform at the grand opening of The Dance Space in Indianapolis, Ind., on Dec. 5, where dancers will perform her '12 Ounces' line dance during a workshop at the new studio. She will also sign autographs for fans. For more information, visit www.JamieTateMusic.com.
