Justin Moore's 'Small Town USA' Goes No 1

NASHVILEL, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Valory Music) - The Valory Music Co. recording artist Justin Moore's "Small Town USA" soared into the No 1 spot on both the Billboard and USA Today/ Country Aircheck (powered by Mediabase) Country Singles charts this week. The jump makes the breakout star the ONLY new artist to reach No 1 on the Country Singles charts in 2009.

Moore's "Small Town USA" makes the Arkansas native the first solo artist to have a song from his/her debut album go No 1 since Taylor Swift's "Our Song" (from her Big Machine Records self-titled release) in December 2007.

Moore's self-titled album debuted at No 3 on the Billboard Country Album Chart AND at No 8 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart. The success of Moore's inaugural album made it the 2nd highest Country music debut of a new artist in 2009.
