Nashville, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Stoney Creek Records) - Stoney Creek Records' Megan Mullins captivates country programmers with her empowering debut single, "Long Past Gone,"- an in your face, break-up anthem.

After a brief introduction to radio in 2006, Mullins began actively working on her songwriting while performing the past four seasons in the "house band" of the TV series "Nashville Star." Now she is ready to take center stage as the flagship artist for the newly formed Stoney Creek Records. Mullins' debut single, "Long Past Gone," co-written by Mullins and Marla Cannon Goodman and produced by legendary Buddy Cannon (Kenny Chesney, Reba McEntire, John Michael Montgomery,) is a catchy, up-tempo song about letting go with no regrets.

The multi-faceted musical prodigy Mullins explains when she sat down to co-write the song it was "very conversational and almost wrote itself." Mullins says, "'Long Past Gone' is all about self-esteem and having the confidence to walk away from a bad situation and feel good about it. It basically reminds people that they don't have to take any crap from anyone."

With over twenty years of experience and at least 2000 performances under her belt, Mullins is a seasoned veteran at twenty-two. Her debut album on Stoney Creek Records is due out nationwide Fall 2009.
