LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts/ Primary Talent International) - Oasis have announced that they will be headlining this year's Gurten Festival in Berne, Switzerland on Saturday 18th July.
It will be the band's second appearance in Switzerland this year following their sell-out performance in Zurich in March.
Other acts set to play the festival include Kings Of Leon and Tricky.

The OASIS came back with a bang at the end of last year with the wonderful album "Dig Out Your Soul". The sometimes rather badly-behaved Gallagher brothers have managed to achieve something that U2 have lacked for the last decade: up-to-date freshness without trying to curry favour.
Oasis has moved away from the perfectionism of Brit-Pop towards relaxed experimentation- without neglecting their unique song-writing talent.

Saturday, 18 July 2009:
MAINSTAGE:

13:00 - 14:00 PHENOMDEN
15:45 - 17:00 SILBERMOND
19:00 - 20:30 RAZORLIGHT
21:45 - 23:15 OASIS
00:30 - 01:30 TRICKY
