(Top40 Charts/ Jamie O'Neal Official Website) - Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter and country star Jamie O'Neal will lend her vast musical talents to a few good causes next week, with performances in front of more than 15,000 people. On Saturday, March 14, O'Neal will join featured speaker and former President Jimmy Carter in honoring the life and legacy of Millard Fuller, founder of Habitat for Humanity and The Fuller Center for Housing. The celebration will take place at Atlanta's Ebenezer Baptist Church, where Fuller once pastored, and feature O'Neal's performance of her self-penned, "Look What Love Built." The following day, O'Neal will perform for the Los Angeles County Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. More than 13,000 people will participate in the Race for the Cure to raise funds and generate awareness of the organization and its core goals to help those affected by breast cancer in Los Angeles County. Susan G. Komen is the second largest funder of scientific breast cancer research nationwide and has raised more than $1.3 billion for the Cure. Other featured performers include American Idol Winner Taylor Hicks and Grammy Award Winner Melissa Manchester. Recently, O'Neal has been in the studio working on her new album, scheduled for release this summer on 1720 Entertainment. The new project's lead single, 'Like a Woman,' has been gaining momentum on the country radio charts. The accompanying music video has become a fan favorite, receiving prominent airplay on CMT and a Top 5 slot on GAC 'Top 20 Countdown.'
