New York, NY. (Top 40 Charts/ Shore Fire Media) - This February British rock legend Ian McLagan will take his Bump Band on the road for the most extensive tour of his solo career in support of his "knock-out of an album" (CBS Sunday Morning) 'Never Say Never' (March 3, 00:02:59 Records). Kicking off with a Folk Alliance gig in Memphis Tennessee, the tour will wrap on March 17 with a special St. Patrick's Day show in Mac's adopted hometown of Austin, TX. Other highlights of the tour include a performance in Lighting 100's critically acclaimed "Nashville Sunday Night" concert series and a special album release show at BB King Blues Club in NYC on March 3.

McLagan's forthcoming album, 'Never Say Never' is dedicated to his late wife Kim, who died in a 2006 car accident, and is the former Small Faces/ Faces keyboard player's most powerful, poignant solo work. It includes 10 original songs written by McLagan and was mixed and mastered by his longtime friend, Glyn Johns at Sphere Studios in London. The album features McLagan on vocals and keyboard accompanied by his Bump Band ('Scrappy' Jud Newcomb, Don Harvey and Mark Andes), with special guests Patty Griffin on the title track and the Tosca Strings on the heartwrenching closer "When The Crying Is Over."
