Nashville, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Century2 Entertainment) - Premier Nashville entertainment artist development and promotion company, Century2 Entertainment, is pleased to announce the signing of Memphis based country/rock band The Dirt Brothers to an exclusive artist representation agreement. The Dirt Brothers, based out of Memphis, TN, literally exploded into national notoriety following the release of their new video "Hotty Toddy". The video was masterfully directed by acclaimed film director Justin Gullett and co-director James Buchanan. Gullet is an award winning film director who has directed numerous films including the number one film in a world wide competition on the FOX television program "On The Lot". The Dirt Brothers."Hotty Toddy" is Gullet's first music video production.

After wrapping up production of "Hotty Toddy", 2911 Entertainment, the Dirt Brothers management company, made the decision to enter the new video into competition on the popular GAC Television Network program "Next GAC Star". Management elected to submit the video to GAC as a something of test market preceeding the official release in order to help gauge the audience reaction before releasing the single to radio. Amazingly, after only the third week of competition and literally thousands of entries, the Dirt Brothers with "Hotty Toddy" had earned the "Number 1 Fan Pick" and were instantly exposed to more than twenty million viewers around the world. Obviously the response was positive.

According to Century2 president, Marty Lyon, "Hotty Toddy" was written, produced and performed by the Dirt Brothers. the music comes across as part country and part good ole southern rock, but it's one hundred percent Dirt Brothers." He went on to say, "These guys are enormously talented and have a very deep well of really great material to keep putting out hits. Plus they are spectacular on stage and I truly expect them to be thrilling audiences for a long, long time. We're really excited about being a part of their team and look forward to watching their success."

As a result of the overwhelming demand created by their network television exposure, The Dirt Brothers signed with Century2 to put together a nationwide tour which is set to begin in the early part of 2009. The tour will coincide with the scheduled release of their forthcoming, album currently in production, and will include numerous headliners to be named later.
