Collin Herring has been heralded as "the torchbearer for alt-country," while one overwhelmed writer declared that Herring's style was "unclassifiable." His latest release, PAST LIFE CRASHING is the product of two and a half years of song rewrites, re-recordings and remixes, production changes and countless hours of studio time, resulting in what the artist himself calls "the best representation of these turbulent last few years." The album is imbued with lyrical elegance, graceful intellect and outstanding musicianship from a truly innovative and prolific songwriter.
