Sydney, AU. (Top40 Charts/ EMI MUSIC Australia) - Following three hit singles from their debut album 'Yes Yes Vindictive', Operator Please will digitally release their fourth single 'Two For My Seconds' on June 21.

Operator Please have spent the past 12 months touring Australia, UK, Europe and Japan but found time recently to jet back into Sydney to film the new 'Two For My Seconds' clip. The video clip was filmed around Sydney's heritage area of The Rocks with Sydney's iconic Harbour Bridge used in one scene as its stunning backdrop. The piano based melody quickly lent itself to the Director's vision of having the band perform on pedestrian crossings to reflect the piano keys. And whilst both the band and crew battled two thunderstorms during the outdoor shoot, they managed to capture a truly unique live performance.

It has been quite a whirlwind for Operator Please who won the Breakthrough Artist - Single ARIA Award in 2007 for their massive hit single, 'Just A Song About Ping Pong' but the band have continued to ride and survive the hype over the last 12 months. They've since released follow-up singles 'Get What You Want' & 'Leave It Alone', headlined their first ever national tour of Australia, jetted back and forth to UK, Europe & Japan (playing shows to their ever-growing international fanbase), joined the Australian summer festival circuit (Homebake, Falls and Big Day Out), before releasing their album in the UK, picking up a Japanese label deal and watching their debut album back home gravitate towards Gold sales (35,000+).

But does it ever stop for this band? Not likely. They've just completed tours in the UK & Europe with Lightspeed Champion and The Futureheads and will be back home for the next week on the promo trail to support their new single, with a special performance scheduled on ROVE Live on Sunday June 15. And in true Operator Please fashion, they will head back to the UK immediately post promo duties to play Glastonbury later this month. The band will finally return to our shores again in early August where they have been announced to play mainstage at this years' SOLD OUT Splendour In The Grass Festival. But just don't expect them to stay in the one place for too long.
