Texas Turbo-Twang'd Zane Lewis Takes 24-Hour Run At CMA Music Festival'08

Nashville, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Slant Records) - Texas Turbo - Twang'd Zane Lewis takes a 24-hour run at this year's CMA Music Festival, landing a primo spot on the Hard Rock Outdoor Stage (Fun Zone - June 7, 12:10 p.m.), and an entry in New Holland/Michael Peterson Celebrity Tractor Race (Chevy Sports Zone - June 8, 12noon). Zane will be rockin' through the truTV™ FAN FAIR HALL at the Convention Center, meeting and greeting plenty of fans at the Vault (Energy Drink), Digital Rodeo and Outdoor Channel booths.

"I am pumped," says the high-energy Lewis, who is featured in the current issue of Country Weekly magazine. "Being a part of 'Music Fest' is something I've dreamed about a long time. I can't wait to hit the stage and starting making some new friends!" Zane should be a perfect fit for the fun-filled Festival; he's been burnin' up the Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas honky tonk circuit since the March release of his sophomore CD, ZANE LEWIS.
He'll land in Nashville (with his "kick-a** seven-piece country band") fired up and fresh from Freedom Fest 2008 (Abilene), and sharing the bill with Pat Green and Reckless Kelly. No stranger to large crowds, Lewis has headlined the Chevy Main Stage at the State Fair of Texas the last three years and the Grapevine Festival's Hummer Main Stage in 2006.
