Nashville, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Red Distribution Records) - Parallel recording artist Jeremy McComb is celebrating the release of his DEBUT CD titled MY SIDE OF TOWN which is in stores today! The new artist's single "This Town Needs A Bar" is already boasting healthy digital download sales numbers and is in the No 1 spot on the play list at 97.6 The Twister in Dallas, TX. McComb has a busy week ahead surrounding the 43rd Academy of Country Music Awards. He will be talking to all of his radio friends at the ACM Westwood One Radio Remote on Friday. Since McComb started the biz in country radio, visiting with stations is always something he enjoys. After the remote he heads over to visit with the staff of Lifetime Television Network and Redbook Magazine as they host a VIP reception to bring awareness to their Everywomancounts campaign, which encourages women to exercise their right to vote. Later that evening at 10:30pm Jeremy will join host Andy Griggs for the Pickin' & Poker Tournament Jam at The Orleans Hotel and Casino where he will perform his new single and other songs from his debut CD MY SIDE OF TOWN. On Saturday morning McComb hits the streets for the 5th Annual ACM Charity Motorcycle Ride and then performs that afternoon on the ACM Motorcycle Artist Jam on Fremont Street. If that isn't enough, on Sunday McComb visits with and performs for radio contest winners at the House of Blues at the "ACM Dream Trip of A Lifetime Party." And last but NOT least...McComb rounds out his trip with his very first walk on the carpet, the ACM "orange" carpet to be exact, for the 43rd Academy of Country Music Awards. You can hear McComb talk about his DEBUT CD release and all about his ACM experience when he wraps up the week with a chat with Blair Garner on Premiere Radio Networks' "After MidNite with Blair Garner" from the backstage at the ACM All Star Jam on Sunday night May 18th.
