Nashville, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Universal Records South) - Universal Records South's newest artist, Randy Houser releases his first single to country radio this week, hitting radio's desk today. 'Anything Goes', written by Brice Long and John Wayne Wiggins, is a song that relates to the masses; those who have loved and lost or had a relationship they thought would work out, come to an end.
''Anything Goes' is one of the few songs I didn't write on this album,' says Houser. 'But, the first time I heard it, a lot of things were put into perspective for me and I have to brag on the writers and say "I was affected". It's one of my favorite songs I've ever heard.' Houser's delivery of this song, like most of his performances, is full of soulful conviction.

After spending the past two months traveling the country wowing radio programmers with his powerful voice, exceptional songwriting and down to earth yet lively personality, Houser takes a short break in Las Vegas to take part in several ACM activities. He also performs at the House of Blues at the Mandalay Bay Casino and Resort on Thursday, May 15, giving people the opportunity to see the live show that had record labels knocking, not too long ago. Here's what a few of the radio programmers are saying about Randy.

'Randy was great! Really solid songs, killer melodies and a guy that simply felt like a star when he walked in the studio!' - Mike Kennedy-VP Programming-Wilkes Broadcasting/KBEQ Kansas City

'Randy is one of the great communicators in the business. His songs really hit home and with such a powerful voice. He's the real deal!'

Kerry Wolfe - Regional VP of Programming/WMIL Milwaukee

'Randy delivers powerful songs, meaningful lyrics, and hit ready music!' - Tim Roberts - Program Director/WYCD Detroit

Randy Houser has been entertaining crowds since the age of 13, when he started and fronted his first band. He continued performing through high school and into college. After college he spent 10 years honing his songwriting skills in his hometown of Lake, Mississippi and in 2002 decided to make the move to Nashville. He spent his first few years concentrating on his songwriting, focusing on writing songs he wanted to sing and perform live. He was soon signed to a publishing deal with his first cut landing on Trace Adkins' Songs About Me album. After pulling the right songs together, he formed a band and started performing around Nashville, where word began to spread about Houser's energetic live show.
