Connie Kis Andersen Shares A 'Happy Day'

Fans of all ages are discovering enjoy haunting melodies and cheeky humor of the lady voted Western Australia's BEST FEMALE COUNTRY VOCALIST. The still hot-as-a-pistol musician and performer chuckles as she refers to herself as "a pop tart for old farts". Indeed, she's successfully pursuing a music career later in life than most rising stars, but doing so with growing success.

Andersen's sophomore CD, ONCE AGAIN, was recently named BEST INDEPENDENT COUNTRY MUSIC ALBUM in Western Australia. It's her second album released in the US. GONE WISHIN' included the title cut, a sentimental radio hit. Both projects were produced in Nashville, TN by multi-grammy award winner, Tom Pick.

Connie is currently touring the states to promote, "Happy Day", the first single from ONCE AGAIN. It's an uptempo Summer fun song that's gaining spins nationwide. Connie toured the New England states before arriving in Nashville for performances that have included the Commodore Lounge and the renown Bluebird Cafe. She's slated for additional appearances throughout Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia, including a perfomance hosted by Atlanta's Danish American Chamber of Commerce. Although she lives in Australia, Andersen is Danish born.
