Nashville, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Starpointe Records) - Collin Raye, one of Country music's top male vocalists has been selected for two performances at Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night XIV, Saturday, April 4th & 5th, at the J.W. Marriott Desert Resort in Phoenix, AZ to benefit the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center at Barrow Neurological Institute, as well as many other worthy charities. The evening will feature an all-star lineup that includes Kevin Costner, Reba McEntire, Clive Davis, Faith Hill, John Mellencamp and Dionne Warwick. Raye will perform Friday, April 4, at the Celebrity Fight Night Founders Dinner and then on Saturday at the main event, where he will rock the house with his mega-hit song, 'That's My Story.'

The Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night event is just the latest charity that Raye has been involved with, as he has dedicated his life and career to dozens of worthwhile humanitarian efforts including Childhelp USA, Catholic Relief Services, Tennessee Task Force, Wounded Warriors, The Shaken Baby Alliance, The Emily Harrison Foundation, and Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. This June he will stage the 10th annual 'Collinfest' in his home town of DeQueen Arkansas. Over the years that event has raised over $300,000 for local charities. Raye is also starting his own charity, Haley's Helpers, in honor of one of his granddaughters. Haley was born with a degenerative brain disorder and the charity will provide an outlet of support to the families of other children with similar health conditions. Haley and Raye's other granddaughter, Maddie are featured in his current video, 'Quitters,' that is now airing on CMT and GAC and which has been embraced by the Special Olympics.

Raye's latest CD, Selected Hits, is the 13th album of his career and features live performances of some of his mega-hits, ''Love Me', 'I Think About You', 'In This Life', 'Little Rock', and 'Not That Different.' The two new songs on the project are 'Soldier's Prayer' and 'Quitters.' Raye has enjoyed an illustrious career with 15 No 1 hits, 24 top-ten songs, 15 No 1 videos, along with 5 ACM and 6 CMA nominations. Currently, Raye is one of the top ten ranked artists on MySpace.com.
