 Nashville, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Columbia Nashville) - ACM voters gave Columbia Nashville's Miranda Lambert recognition in the categories of Top Female Vocalist, Single Record of the Year and the very prestigious Album of the Year this morning. The awards were announced on CBS' "The Early Show," where Lambert performed her energetic new single " Gunpowder & Lead" for a live audience* "I was hoping for one since I played this morning, but three is just amazing," said Lambert. "Album of the Year is the big one, and I'm so excited to be nominated. I poured my heart into this album, and the great response makes it that much better." Lambert's album, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, debuted at number one on the Country chart and spawned the hit, "Famous in a Small Town," for which she is nominated in the Single Record of the Year category.
