(Top40 Charts/ Pacha PR) - The Body & Soul Sunday afternoon parties went on for six years in NYC, building an ever growing and faithful following of music lovers and dancers, bathed in an aura of love, joy and community led by DJs Danny Krivit, Joe Claussell & Franois K. Since 2002, the party has been gathering 8,000 people in Tokyo every year, and has had special events in NYC such as P.S.1 MOMA last summer, bringing together 7,000 people under the sun, or more recently sending Pacha NYC through the roof.

Coupled with the success of the compilation series, Body & Soul has become a phenomenon of international renown. The long awaited 5th volume is altogether faithful to the diversity of the Body & Soul journey, and reflects the DJs' evolution, from the voodoo sounds of The Bayra Citizens, the funky Hammond organ solo and percussive Afro-Latin swing of DJ Oji, the deep disco peak-hour dancefloor groove of Soul Central and Copyright, the spiritual world of Ustad Sultan Khan, the tech-house of Alex Under, to the soulful house of Dennis Ferrer and Kim English.
