Faith Hill Concludes Soul2Soul Tour 2007 - Turns To Finalizing The Hits For Release

(Top40 Charts/ Faith Hill Official Website) - Faith Hill concluded her record breaking run on Soul2Soul Tour 2007 this past weekend with two performances in Anaheim at the Honda Center. Now, Faith will turn her attention towards the completion of her first greatest hits collection, a compilation that will include many of the No 1s from her illustrious 15 year recording career.

Plans surrounding the release are not yet finalized, but the multi Grammy Award winner is said to be finalizing the track listing, which will include some as of yet unheard recordings. For an artist that has celebrated three consecutive No 1 Billboard Country and Pop albums, countless Top 5 and No 1 singles and sales of more than 30 million, the choice of what to put on 'The Hits' is daunting. Said one insider; 'It's been 14 years since Faith released her first album. The good news is that there is just so much material that you could put on this 'hits' compilation. The bad news is that there are only so many songs that you can include.'

Faith has already been confirmed to appear at a free concert at Indianapolis ' Monument Park , which will be broadcast on NBC, as part of the opening weekend of the NFL season on Thursday, September 6th. While unconfirmed reports had Faith filming in several locations in Los Angeles this past weekend, those around the Grammy Award winner will only say that they can expect to see a lot of Faith in the coming months.
