Dallas, TX. (Top40 Charts/ Smith Entertainment) - Jackson Taylor is ready to take country music by storm with his debut single 'Lonely', an emotional reminder that despair can affect each one of us at some point leaving no one exempt from those dark days. Jackson has recently signed with Smith Entertainment (Stoney LaRue, No Justice, Live at Billy Bob's) and music manager Matt Stevens, Stevens & Ellis Management LLC.
Aptly titled, Jackson Taylor's debut label release Dark Days is a testament to the trials and tribulations that one faces when battling one's own inner demons, a subject that Jackson knows all too well. The CD was produced by Jackson Taylor and Ronnie Belaire, and engineered by Allen Larsen in the mountains of Washington State at Cascade Studios. The CD contains 12 tracks and features the Other tracks include 'Outlaws Ain't Wanted Here No More' which is a true account of Jackson's experiences with the country music industry that have laid the foundation to the musical path he has chosen to follow. Also featured on the new album is a cover of the Billy Joe Shaver classic 'Honky Tonk Heroes'.

Billy Joe Shaver summed up it up best when he said, Jackson's songs are so real and honest, you know straight off he's been there and done that. He writes and sings like he lives - great songs that, I believe, will live forever."
