THE MUSIC OF THE WILD WEST is the album from his score for the critically acclaimed ten-hour epic Warner Bros. television mini-series "The Wild West," an Emmy-nominated documentary that chronicles the Old West from 1866 to 1896. As project producer, McEuen's talents were recognized with the coveted Western Heritage Award.

A true record of times past, all songs were recorded with the seldom-heard original lyrics and period instruments.
