(Top40 Charts/ Lyric Street Records) - Reigning 2007 CMA & ACM Vocal Group of the Year Rascal Flatts will release the first single to radio today, 'Take Me There,' off their new album STILL FEELS GOOD, due in stores on September 25, 2007. This will be the band's fifth album since debuting in 1999. STILL FEELS GOOD was co-produced by Rascal Flatts and Dann Huff. The album's first single 'Take Me There' was written by Neil Thrasher, Wendell Mobley and Kenny Chesney. In the seven years since launching their careers the band has sold over 14 million albums. Me And My Gang, the band's latest album, was released in April 2006 and remains the biggest debut of last year, selling more than 721,000 units in its first week of release. Me And My Gang has now sold over 4 million copies and contains four smash singles, including 'Stand,' the band's eighth No 1 hit. Previous album Feels Like Today is certified quadruple platinum by the RIAA for sales of more than 4 million units while Rascal Flatts and Melt are both certified double platinum. In support of the upcoming album, Rascal Flatts will launch a new concert tour 'Still Feels Good Tour' on July 13 in Uncasville, Connecticut. In 2006, the group performed to over one million fans in concert.
