Nashville, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Big Machine Records) - By special invitation from the Nashville Convention and Visitors' Bureau, country music's brightest new star, Taylor Swift, will join the Nashville Symphony as a special guest at this year's Music City July 4th: Let Freedom Sing! concert. Held at Nashville's Riverfront Park, the annual event attracts more than 100,000 spectators each year. Beginning at 8 p.m. (CDT) on July 4th, the concert will be broadcast live on the GAC: Great American Country television network. For her first-ever performance with an orchestral accompaniment, Taylor will perform her current Top 10 hit single 'Teardrops on My Guitar.' In addition, she and her band will perform 'Picture To Burn,' another selection from her platinum-selling self-titled debut CD. Immediately after the show Taylor will board her bus and hit the road for more summer concert dates—this month she's a guest on Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's Soul2Soul 2007 tour, as well as Brad Paisley's Bonfires and Amplifiers tour. Just last month, seventeen year-old Taylor secured her place in country music history as the only female artist in Country music ever to write or co-write every song on a Platinum- selling debut.
