The country music sensation was surprised with an official Platinum plaque by RIAA Sr. Director of Artist & Industry Relations John Henkel & Big Machine Records President/CEO Scott Borchetta at CMA Music Fest on Sunday, June 10th. The presentation took place at the Big Machine Records booth so that Taylor could share the special moment with her fans. Her debut single, 'Tim McGraw', is a Top 5 Country hit and a Gold selling digital single (signifying sales of over 500k digital paid downloads). Her second single, 'Teardrops on My Guitar' is already Top 15 & climbing. With all this and a slew of major tour dates with Rascal Flatts, George Strait , Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw/Faith Hill, Taylor 's dreams of stardom are quickly becoming a reality.
