New York, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Roadrunner Records) - Grammy-nominated rock powerhouse Stone Sour officially announced another round of U.S. tour dates this week. The summer run will commence August 3rd in Fargo, ND and run through September 2nd in Ft. Lauderdale. These dates mark the band's second U.S. headline tour since the release of their Gold-Certified album Come (What)ever May. This spring, Stone Sour headlined the sold-out Jagermeister Music Tour and left fans hungry for more. The band is currently on tour in Europe playing festivals and select headline shows.

"We are simply too far gone to not come and bug you people some more. These venues have electrical outlets and we have instruments- GAME ON," enthuses frontman Corey Taylor. "Look for us to be tearing a swath through America one more time before we take a breath, close our eyes and wait for something else to happen. And you never know what that will be, eh?"

"Through Glass," the hit single from Come What(ever) May officially crossed 500,000 digital downloads this week. It is the band's first song to be eligible for RIAA certification of a Gold Digital Single. The track was a multi-format smash. The single was No 1 on the Rock radio charts for 8 weeks, Top 5 at Modern Rock, Top 10 at Hot AC and peaked at No 21 on the Pop charts.
