The Arizona Daily Star calls the record 'One of those albums that's hard to stop spinning,' and Music Row magazine's Robert K. Oermann recently enthused, 'I was listening to this guy on the Opry the other day, and I gotta tell you that his records don't begin to communicate what a spectacular country vocalist this man is. On top of that, he chooses sensational material, as is illustrated by this excellent salute to the strength of womanhood. It deserves massive, massive airplay.'
