NASHVILLE, TN. (Liberty Records) - Keith Urban took to the stage in London 's Sheppard's Bush Empire kicking off his tour of England , after a triumphant run of dates in Germany . The sold-out crowd took to their feet from the opening bars and sang along with Keith for every song including those from his latest, Love, Pain & the whole crazy thing. The performance was raved about the next morning in what many hailed as 'more than a just concert, but a concert experience.' Meanwhile, Keith's latest single 'I Told You So' is making some noise of its own, debuting on both Country charts two weeks early, and is expected to be Top 30 by the official add date (April 30). ''I Told You So'' started out with just a banjo and a drum machine – how traditional is that?' said Urban. 'The song had this infectious Celtic sound. I'd only written the chorus and couldn't think of anything else so I put it aside. Sometime toward the end of the album I played my little work tape to Dann (Huff) and he said, 'We've got to do that one.' So I wrote the rest of the song in the studio. The lyric is real stream of consciousness.' The video for 'I Told You So' recently premiered on the airwaves on CMT and GAC, as well as online on Yahoo! and keithurban.net. Directed by Charles Mehling, the video was shot in one day at a soundstage in Studio City . 'Love, Pain & the whole crazy World Tour,' played again Wednesday night in London , before heading for performances in Manchester and Birmingham . Keith will then head to Australia where he'll enter further production rehearsals for his arena tour.
