New York, NY. (Top40 Charts/ Equal Vision Records) - Equal Vision recording artists CHIODOS have been hard at work, demoing up their new album titled Bone Palace Ballet, tentatively slated for release in Late Summer / Early Fall 2007. The guys plan on hitting the studio in May with Casey Bates (Fear Before the March of Flames, Gatsbys American Dream) in the producer's chair. As a 'thank you' to the the fans who have helped sell 150,000 copies of their latest album All's Well that Ends Well, the band has decided to give them a taste of what's to come by streaming an as-yet-untitled demo from the new album on their MySpace page (www.myspace.com/chiodos).
Uploaded on Saturday morning, April 21st, the track has already garnered thousands of plays in just a couple of hours. The response from fans has been overwhelming and, if this is any indication of what's in store, Bone Palace Ballet is going to make this already huge band even bigger.Recently wrapping up the Rockstar Taste of Chaos Tour this past Spring, the band will immediately return to the road for the entire Vans Warped Tour 2007 on the mainstage (tour dates below).
Chiodos has had a very media-heavy 2006, appearing in Blender, SPIN, New York Times, Billboard, and countless times in the pages of one of their biggest supporters, Alternative Press. While their powerful album turned heads a full 360 degrees, their incendiary live shows packed in the crowds and propelled the band into a live phenomenon. Featured heavily throughout last year's The Vans Warped Tour as well as being one of only bands asked to perform both dates of the East Coast's Bamboozle, Chiodos held their own next to tourmates such as Atreyu, 30 Seconds to Mars, The Used, Taking Back Sunday, among many others.
Bone Palace Ballet is slated for release in late Summer/early Fall 2007 on Equal Vision Records.
