NASHVILLE, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Warner Bros. Records) - Warner Bros. Records will release Lance Miller's debut album Back In The New School on July 31st. The debut single "She Really Loves Me" was released to radio and online partners on March 27th and Miller is set to shoot the accompanying video in Watertown , TN tomorrow. Director Roman White has signed on to lend his twisted sense of humor to the project, and promises to keep fans guessing whether "she" really loves Lance or not. Multiple endings will be filmed, and soon fans will have the chance to choose their favorite online.

Lance was a finalist on USA Network's Nashville Star Season 2, where he won fans across the country with his rumbling old-school twang and his new-school country attitude. On the show, Miller became acquainted with judges Tracy Gershon, who later signed him to Warner Bros. Records, and the Warren Brothers, who produced the forthcoming album. After years spent singing demos and writing songs in Music City , Nashville Star and the Warren Brothers helped Lance to find his dream again.

"When I ran into the Warren Brothers they reminded me of why I came to town," says Lance. "Nashville Star allowed me to be an artist again and then they just kind of took me to a place that I couldn't have gone." Producer Brad Warren jokes, "I think sometimes he wound up learning so much in Nashville that he needed to take a detour with some degenerates like Brett and me." Lance, Brad, and Brett co-wrote three of the songs on the album, including the title track, "The Beach," and "Time To Go Crazy." All in all, Miller co-wrote six of the ten songs on Back In The New School .

Miller recently completed a five week tour of radio stations across the country, posting blogs and photos from along the way on lancemiller.com. "Lance is the artist I didn't know I was waiting for," says Gwen Foster of KNIX. "His music totally took me by surprise. It has taken over my CD player at work, at home, and in my car...I can't get enough!"
