NASHVILLE, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Checo Records) - Recording artist Cerrito (Checo Records) is scheduled to appear on the Family Zone stage on June 10th at 1:30PM during the 2007 CMA MUSIC FESTIVAL.

Cerrito, who opened the Family Zone stage with an electrifying performance at last year's festival, will once again bring his show to country music fans during the 2007 CMA MUSIC FESTIVAL. The show will feature songs in both English and Spanish showcasing a combination of originals and his rendition of some of country music's traditional favorites.

Cerrito has performed for audiences worldwide and most recently recorded with Jett Williams, daughter of the legendary Hank Williams. (The duo enjoyed two-fold success with the remake and release of her father's signature classic "A Mansion On The Hill" recorded in English and Latin released in April, 2005.) Other accomplishments include working with famed producer Byron Gallimore to translate the hit 'Refried Dreams' from English to Spanish for Tim McGraw.

Cerrito will be releasing his latest single 'Dona Carmela' on April 19, 2007 from the album THEY KNOW YOU'RE GONE; the album is set to be released this summer (Checo Records).
