NASHVILLE, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Aspirion/ Northwind Records) - Americana/Country artist Mike Aiken has just completed recording all of the music for the television program, RACELINE. The long-running series is America's only weekly syndicated show about NASCAR racing and currently airs on broadcast stations from New York to Los Angeles and worldwide via the American Forces Television Network. RACELINE is hosted by Joe Moore, a 25-year veteran NASCAR radio broadcaster. The program is produced and written by Tiffany Ricardo Moore, who also hosts the show's weekly NASCAR news segment. RACELINE is directed and edited by Executive Producer Mike Breault, a veteran television producer who has worked in the industry for over 30 years. Breault originally approached Aiken about creating music for the series in 2005. He had been a follower and fan of Aiken's music and felt certain that it would be the right fit for the show. Aiken adds, " Working with Mike Breault, the producer of Raceline, has been great fun. It's been an exciting challenge to write for the television medium. We both feel that my music is the perfect match for their show and the NASCAR audience." Aiken's current single, 'Hillbilly Beach Bum' is at radio now. It is the first release from his forthcoming Aspirion/Northwind Records CD, Just Add Salt, slated for release on April 24.
