Nashville, TN. (South River Road/ Aspirion Records) - South River Road/Aspirion Records country recording artist, Tresa Jordan, had the luxury of visiting with radio folks a little closer to her home recently. The Franklin, Tn. based Jordan had a full schedule of radio interviews and a highlighted performance during CRS-38, in Nashville, to promote her latest single 'Angels Cry.' During the event, she was welcomed by many old friends - and found new converts to her heart-tugging waltz that is presently climbing the charts. That is in sharp contrast to 2006, when she traveled alone in her car to visit radio stations from south Texas to Michigan, pushing her debut single 'I Turn To Country.' Jordan visited 18 states on the tour that she dubbed 'Cactus', Goats, Cows and Corn.' Of the experience Jordan states, 'I have to just say WOW! I have been to so many states and definitely learned quite a few things from my ventures! All in all, my radio tour experience was a fantastic one! Every state had something really cool and memorable about it!' With tenacity like that, Jordan is destined to make her mark in Country music – no matter what. TRESA JORDAN,' her self-titled CD, is slated for a March 13 re-release on South River Road/Aspirion Records. Themes of everyday real-life are the hallmark of the 11 song project that is filled with the sounds of true traditional country music. It was recorded using all acoustic instruments and is organic, and powerful.
