Nashville, TN (Top40 Charts/ Capitol Records) - Country superstar Trace Adkins has received his first Gold certification for master ringtone sales in excess of 500,000 for his monster hit single "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk."

In 2005, Adkins' CD Songs About Me skyrocketed him to new levels of superstardom and success with the help of the chart- smashing crossover single. The album also reached double-platinum sales and introduced Adkins to millions of new fans outside of the country music mainstream. There have been more than 570,000 ringtone purchases of "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk" to date, a rare feat in the country music world.

Adkins, presently on his headlining Dangerous Man Tour, has another huge hit with his latest single, "Ladies Love Country Boys."
