Jeff Bates, Ttaylor Swift, Chris Young, Lttle Texas, and More Announced to Participate in Christmas

Nashville, TN (Christmas for Kids) - Christmas for Kids is pleased to announce its 2006 Tour Bus Show has been scheduled for Monday, December 18 and will offer the public an opportunity to get autographs from today's hottest stars. Jeff Bates, Taylor Swift, Chris Young, Little Texas, Ronnie McDowell, Karen Keely, Brad Cotter, and race car driver Tyler Cordell (No 48) are among the latest announced.

For a small donation per person, folks can visit the home-away-from-homes of more than fifty stars and celebrities. The show will be held at the Hendersonville Wal*Mart located at 204 North Anderson Lane from 5:00 – 9:00PM, and many of the touring country music singers will be on hand to sign autographs and show fans around the buses!

The Christmas For Kids Organization has been in existence for over twenty-five years providing special children the opportunity to celebrate the holiday season. Each year, the organization brings the spirit of Christmas to hundreds of children throughout Middle Tennessee allowing them to participate in festive activities organized specifically for them.

The following day, Tuesday, December 19th, children from over 30 different local schools will enjoy a day-long excursion that will include a chauffeured trip from their school aboard a country music star's luxury tour bus to a local Wal-Mart where they will be accompanied by a volunteer to participate in their own Christmas shopping spree. On the return trip home, the children will participate in a Christmas carol sing-along.

All proceeds from the Tour Bus Show and the Charlie Daniels Band & Friends Benefit Concert (sponsored in part by 95.5 The Wolf held earlier this year on November 20) will be donated toward the children's Christmas Shopping/Bus Excursion which is scheduled to take place December 19.
