Nashville, TN (Mirrome Records) - Mirrome Recording artist, Chris Gray, is enjoying another week of chart action with "Not Bad for a Good Ol' Boy" the 3rd release from his album From Where I Am. The song comes on the heels of two previous hits, "Something I Want" and "I Keep It Under My Hat".

The latest radio reports show "Not Bad for a Good Ol' Boy" at 976 spins last week. Chart action for the Louisiana native has Chris at No 12 on Indie World, No 51 on New Music Weekly and No 94 of Music Row.

Chris Gray definitely has the right voice for the tears in your beer ballads and he also has a knack for songwriting. As a songwriter, Gray says he begins with a hook, finds a complementary melody and goes from there. With his impressive voice, connecting with his audience is a definite given. - Cheryl Harvey Hill, Country Stars Online

The song is playing on several Music Row and in nearly 100 secondary markets.

Gray is set to open for county legend John Conlee on November 4 at the Bear Creek Saloon in Montpelier, LA. Fans will remember Gray's patriotic video on GAC for the song "Red, White and Blue" which remains a patriotic staple. The artist has done two Armed Forces Entertainment tours with his band, visiting Qatar, Djibouti, Bahrain, Iraq and Kuwait in 2006.
